Returns
We do not accept returns except on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants a return, please contact our customer service team to discuss your case.
- Case-by-Case Basis: Each return request will be individually assessed. Approval for returns is not guaranteed.
- Restocking Fee: If a return is approved, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
No Returns on Equipment
Please note that we do not accept returns on equipment under any circumstances. All sales of equipment are final. Ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the specifications and requirements before making a purchase.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled as long as the items have not shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and the return policy will apply.
