The HIX Shirt Splitter Stand is an essential tool for printing multiple panels on a single garment with ease. Designed with a cantilever profile, this stand allows your transfer machine to press one side of a shirt while the other side hangs safely below the lower platen. This is especially useful for garments with pockets, zippers, or other elements that prevent a flat surface on the lower platen.
Perfect for direct-to-film applications, the Shirt Splitter Stand prevents ink from migrating to other parts of the garment or to the back of the shirt. It can be purchased with a new transfer machine or added later to upgrade existing equipment. Compatible with HT400/600 and S450/650 models manufactured after 2012, it features a sturdy folded sheet metal base.
The Splitter Stand is highly effective when paired with a pad protector, allowing operators to easily slide shirts on and off the machine and effortlessly flip them front-to-back. This ensures that the front and back of the shirt can be independently transferred without any interference from images or colors.
